Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, an operating company of Danaher Corporation, is recruiting for a Senior Analyst - CRM & CPQ Effectiveness. This position can be based in Brea, CA or remote with a preference for west coast or central US locations.The Senior Analyst provides strategic services to business leaders in all matters related to ~~~ (CRM) and Oracle Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems of Beckman Diagnostics.Will work closely with the Field Sales, Sales Operations, and IT teams to identify opportunities to improve Beckman's CRM and exercise them. This role will be key to ensuring that the global CRM & CPQ needs and challenges are successfully addressed.Ideal candidate will be well-versed in salesforce.comResponsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting other project managers on more complex projects related to CRM tools.RESPONSIBILITIES:+ Participate as the "business owner" in Agile sprints to design and implement improvements to the CRM; conducting communications and training to all CRM users; and providing support in special and strategic North America and global CRM projects.+ Execute and coordinate CRM & CPQ improvement by providing advice, guidance, and best practices to global users and CRM & CPQ administrators (referred as "customers") in the application of CRM & CPQ.+ Stay current with customer needs and strategies; manage customer relationships and expectations by utilizing formal and informal communication methods to collect feedback and communicate updates.+ Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis; identifying system inefficiencies; focusing on quality improvements; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements and recommending eliminations; and partnering with IT and other stakeholders to ensure systems meet current expectation and long-term business strategies+ Lead and participate in Sprints: producing project documentation and user cases; defining deliverables and acceptance criteria; determining improvement priorities; attending daily scrum meetings; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones+ Conduct testing and collaborate closely with IT to ensure sprints are released successfully and seamlessly+ Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results+ Serve as a liaison between Sales, Sales Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.QUALIFICATIONS:+ Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years' work experience OR Master's degree 3+ years' experience+ Proficiency with ~~~ required, demonstrated by expertise in identifying/gathering requirements, solution design and implementation, testing and sustainability or any combination of these.+ Salesforce-issued certificate for Administrator is highly preferred.+ Proficiency with CPQ systems (Oracle preferred) 1+ years at the Administrator level preferred+ Strong project management, ability to successfully manage several tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills are required+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required+ Experience working in a cross-functional environment and interacting with multiple departments+ Natural bias toward action and a track record of bringing answers before management asks the question+ Requires travel to corporate office in Brea if remote based.#LI-GC1#LI-Remote Beckman Coulter offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to associates' and their families' lives.
