Will support 6-7 govcon clients with month-end, financial statement preparation, AP/AR when needed, be the ERP expert, and make sure recording are in line with FAR and government regulations.
General ledger maintenance, including:
Monthly reconciliation of the balance sheet accounts
Revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606
Support and execution of AP and AR functions as needed
Support of audits, including financial statement and regulatory agency audits
Financial statement compilation and variance analysis
An understanding of Program Management with the ability to assist in budget development, variance analysis and contractually required reporting
Skills & Qualifications:
BA degree
Proficient in Microsoft Excel(pivot tables, v look ups, making repeatable data efficient)
Jamis, Unanet or Costpoint ERP
Works well with minimal supervision
Critical thinker
Works well under pressure and is able to meet challenging deadlines
Possess sound written and verbal communication skills
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) experience
Organizational skills; ability to set priorities, multi-task
