    Our Security Operations Managers lead a team of project managers, systems installers, and customer service managers, as well as being responsible for the revenue and gross margin to targets by controlling costs and executing projects and service agreements.

    As a Security Operations Manager, you will:

    • Supervise, train, and mentor the team through goal setting, performance monitoring, employee review meetings, and scheduling of formal training.

    • Manage revenue, gross margin, and absorption to achieve monthly and annual business plan projections and forecasts.

    • Direct and supervise the development of project plans and customer service agreements to monitor and control the progress in the execution of work.

    • Ensure schedules are maintained and contracts proceed in accordance with the contract documents and customer expectations.

    • Identify additional chargeable opportunities, including T&M, system upgrades, and service agreements.

    • Plan and justify manpower, staffing requirements, tools, and other appropriate investments for effective and timely execution of work.

    • Provide technical and operational support for the sales teams with pricing and scope-of-work definition.

    • Participate in sales-to-service and projects-to-service turnover process, including final project walkthroughs, service agreement scope reviews, and final information turnover to the inspection team.

    • Maintain relationships between Operations and Sales teams so project and contract discrepancies can be managed to minimize cost and delays throughout the estimating, bidding, and operations phases of each contract.

    • Support project and service agreement productivity and profitability through cost-containment procedures and processes.

    Develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring effective and timely communications.

    You will make an impact with these qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or State-recognized GED

    • Experience supervising teams

    • Experience with project management.

    • Understanding of job financial reporting with the ability to apply cost control measures for contracts.

    • Experience with Access Control and CCTV systems.

    • Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations.

    • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree

    • 2+ Years of Experience supervising teams

    • 5 + Years of Experience with project management or customer service agreement execution.

    • Experience in a wide range of Access Control and CCTV manufacturers and systems.

    • 5 + Years in Security field experience.

    • The pay range for this position is $118,790 - $203,640, and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
