    The Research Analyst/Assistants II position will support the Army Futures Command (AFC) new All-Domain Sensing Cross-Functional Team (ADS CFT), previously flagged as the Assured Positioning, Navigation, Timing, and Space (APNT/Space) Cross-Functional Team (CFT). The ADS CFT will continue to execute the APNT portfolio of enabling the delivery of advanced requirements and enabling technologies for APNT, Space, Multi Domain Operations (MDO), High Altitude (HA), and Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR), while it shifts focus to Multi-Sensor Dominance, Sensing Architecture, Advanced Processing and Dissemination and Operational Enablers of the future fight. Working together with a core team of experts, the CFT informs operational requirements and technical performance through continuous experimentation and prototyping, technology integration, and soldier feedback. Through this process, the ADS CFT supports the AFC in delivering next generation weapons, vehicles, and equipment at an accelerated rate, giving Army Forces the ability to deploy, fight, and win decisively against any adversary anytime and anywhere.

    More About the Role:

    Responsible for leading risk assessments, creating strategic roadmaps, and evaluating PNT goals and integration plans for multiple customers.

    Perform assured PNT vulnerability assessments on systems of systems and produce recommendations and findings to customers.

    Assist with technical program management and program development for government research and development efforts.

    Provide technical engineering input on the design, development, and modifications of PNT systems, subsystems and components including multi GNSS, legacy, and future signals and systems.

    Provide input during acquisition decisions and develop the operational use cases for programs.

    Assist with testing of GNSS Receivers and downstream effects on multiple platforms for Air Force Research Labs - Sensors Directorate and Air Force Life Cycle Management.

    Produce and review literature and training videos for products being fielded.

    Manage the research, development, and production schedules of multiple projects for government customers.

    Write and manage Organizational Conflict of Interest Plan to include conducting training, performing assessments, and developing mitigation plans for specialized contracts or sensitive customers or projects.

    Manage Science and Technology Investments to align with operational requirements, organizational objectives, and strategic service policies and laws.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    Minimum of 5 - 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area

    Must have Army Electronic Warfare (EW) experience.

    Must have at a minimum a BA/BS degree.

    Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

    Must have extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

    Must have an active secret clearance.

    These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

    Army Intel Experience.

    Some positions may require master's degree.

    TS/SCI preferred

    $71,800 - $150,900
