    As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer an opportunity to join our FP&A team as a Reporting & Insights Analyst supporting our Revenue Cycle Management function. Core responsibilities and expectations for this position include reporting and analyzing key revenue cycle data, driving financial transparency, and providing insight into business drivers and key metrics.     Responsibilities:

    We are excited to present this position as part of one of the largest and most rapidly growing dental service organizations in the country. Reporting to the Manager of RCM Reporting & Data Analytics, this position will partner closely with business leadership to deliver regular RCM reporting packages, as well as support new projects and ad hoc analysis.

    • Supporting RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) & PSO (Practice Support Operations) management teams through comprehensive analyses of data and KPIs

    • Leading the timely and accurate development of regular RCM & PSO reports

    • Supporting leadership on new projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc requests

    • Communicating insights behind the numbers and anticipating challenges or opportunities

    • Developing a thorough understanding of key metrics and related drivers

    • Creating Tableau dashboards for the organization to derive insights and conclusions.

    • Building data models to gain insights, increase transparency, and provide recommendations to leadership.

    • Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and governance in financial and management reporting

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • BS in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or another Business/Technical related field

    • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or other reporting desired. Experience in the RCM insurance environment is a plus.

    • Strong analytical and technical mindset with demonstrated experience of handling large, complex data sets is desired.

    • Experience with SQL Server or BigQuery is desired. Tableau experience is a plus.

    • Exposure to business analytics (descriptive and predictive), statistics, and/or data discovery techniques

    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, take direction, and handle multiple priorities.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be a team player.

    • Willingness to take on new projects and a desire to learn.

    Salary Range $71,500 - $84,000 DOE
