    Duration: 6 Months

    Location: Remote, EST Time Zone

    Job Title: Recruiting Specialist

    Work Hours: Monday – Friday

    Rate of Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour Based on Experience


    The Recruiting Specialist reports to the Recruiting Specialist Team Leader and is responsible for supporting Recruiters. The candidate should be a proven self-starter with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, internal and external recruiters, and candidates. The candidate must have the maturity, presence, intellect, and organizational and communication skills necessary to successfully interact with a variety of individuals including the firm’s senior leaders.

    Day-to-day responsibilities include tightly managing the candidate experience through the entire recruiting lifecycle and serving as a thought partner to the recruiters to develop and execute recruiting processes.

    The Recruiting Specialist plays a pivotal role within a high-performing Talent Acquisition team whose main objective is to recruit top talent.


    • Ensures candidates have a positive, professional experience through professional interactions

    • Recommends, develops, and improves procedures for all responsibilities ranging from recruiting process enhancements to large projects and initiatives

    • Supports recruiters in posting positions internally & externally and ensures the appropriate approval chain has been completed

    • Prepares and distributes all interview related documentation to all parties in advance of interviews

    • Schedules phone screens and in-person interviews for and with candidates

    • Creates interview schedules and distributes interview-related documentation to all parties in preparation for an exceptional candidate experience

    • Makes travel arrangements, when necessary, and follows up on the processing of any travel and recruiting-related expenses

    • Escorts candidates during on-site interviews, if necessary

    • Assists in the creation of standard offer letters as well as the distribution of supporting offer documentation for new hires

    • Assists with imitating background check and pre-employment processes and manages the ongoing process, updating the candidate and Recruiter on progress and completion results

    • Initiates relocation in a timely manner via the relocation database

    • Takes appropriate action to hire candidates in company system

    • Audits job openings for compliance prior to closing

    • Ensures new hire documents are made available to Employee Services for inclusion in the employee file, when appropriate

    • Assists the Recruiters in preparing and delivering search status reports and presentations

    • Handles client and candidate inquiries in the absence of the Recruiters

    • Performs other job-related duties, as assigned
