    Summary:

    As an Emerging Talent Recruiting Manager, you will have the opportunity to grow with a high volume pipeline of developmental training programs serving our software engineering and product organizations. You will develop, drive, and execute on the staffing strategies for one of our largest demands in technical hiring. You will lead a team of staffing professionals and work with engineering teams across the world.

    Required Skills:

    1. Lead a team of managers and recruiters responsible for Rotational Engineering, Return to Work, etc. - including development of recruiting strategy, goal-setting, performance management, day-to-day task management

    2. Provide care, mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the recruiting team, following a strengths-based approach to people management

    3. Provide innovative, scalable solutions to meet hiring and program needs across the US and EMEA, and partner closely with global counterparts to ensure consistencies across regions

    4. Design customized and executable staffing plans while building excellent relationships with the recruiting team and client groups

    5. Create innovative strategies that ensure a high-touch candidate experience

    6. Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives with recruiting team and client groups

    7. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. HRBP, Legal, PMs, recruiting partners, etc.)

    8. Compile and analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary

    9. Track ongoing productivity and progress to goal, sharing updates with key cross-functional partners

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. 6+ years of recruiting experience with growing technical organizations

    2. Experience leading projects and programs within early-in-career recruiting

    3. Experience with compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions

    4. Demonstrated experience influencing effectively and communicating cross-functionally with senior business leaders

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. 5+ years of Early Career Recruiting Experience

    2. 2+ years of people management experience

    3. Experience hiring technical intern talent

    4. Strategic and detail-oriented thinker

    5. Tolerance for ambiguity

    6. Data analysis and analytical skills

    7. Experience working with technical candidates

    8. Creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving

    9. Organizational and time management skills
