Hiring a Recruiting Coordinator for a New Manufacturing Facility in Seminole, FL.

Pay Rate: $27 - $32 per hour, based on experience (Position will remain hourly upon hire)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Location: Working onsite in Seminole, FL

What's a typical day like as a Recruiting Coordinator? You'll be:

• Coordinating new start processes: Take charge of the onboarding process for new hires, including sending new start emails, and scheduling screens, tours, and interviews.

• Supporting the recruiting team and Human Resources Department with onsite support at this location.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have direct labor experience and prior high-volume recruiting and onboarding experience.

• Are a self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction.

• Are a multitasker who can handle multiple responsibilities.

• Have excellent communication skills, including fluency in Mandarin (preferred but not required).

• Are familiar with Workday (preferred but not required, prior ATS experience)
