    The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for executing the new hire process from offer through post-offer credentialing and clearing the new hire to start.

    This role is remote; however, the ideal candidate will reside in the greater St. Louis area and be able to attend collaboration office days twice per month.

    Responsibilities

    • Process post-offer drug screening and follow up on results

    • Process post-offer background checks and adjudicate all incoming background checks while maintaining FCRA and other local/state statutory compliance laws.

    • Manage communications with new hire candidate, Hiring Manager and HR Representative

    • Coordinate new hire start date and onboarding with local HR once the candidate is cleared to start

    • Update Recruiting Gateway once candidate is approved to start

    Required Skills

    • High School Diploma Required; Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proven success maintaining confidentiality

    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to ensure that a high level of service and quality is maintained

    • Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects and meet deadlines

    • Outstanding attention to detail and flexibility

    • Persistence coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

    • Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment, work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality of shared information and/or assignments
