  • Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • Experience with coordination, event management, logistics, or project management and driving process improvements.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), SQL, and/or Google Sheets including ability to create dashboards.

    • Exceptional customer service skills with ability to produce quality results.

    • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.

    • Attention to detail with an ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.

    • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success.

    The Recruiting Coordinator will work in partnership with the broader Staffing organization to enable Google Fiber to meet its hiring goals while delivering a truly magical experience to each and every candidate. Through expert logistics management and real-time problem solving, we partner with the Staffing teams to manage operational aspects of the recruitment process.

    As a Recruiting Coordinator, you are a specialist for interviewing operations, ensuring a seamless, candidate-friendly hiring process. You'll be responsible for keeping interviewing processes organized and efficient while actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. You work on improving both operational efficiencies and candidate experience.

    • Support recruiting function with parts of the recruiting process that includes: scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, reserving conference rooms, and preparing offer letters.

    • Create and distribute employment-related correspondence (e.g., applications, forms, and orientation materials).

    • Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our Applicant Tracking System and producing recruiting reports.

    • Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.

    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
