ONSITE Recruiting Coordinator Consultant- Norman, OK

We are searching for a dynamic, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to help support the Recruiting team, creating a top-tier experience for candidates and our clients. This is a highly collaborative role, and you will play a key part in driving the recruiting process, candidate experience, and impactful operational projects daily, directly impacting the organization's growth.

Essential Functions:

• Assist in job fairs and community events to attract new candidates.

• Support recruiters with proactive sourcing efforts to build a qualified pool of candidates.

• Schedule and communicate interview details with candidates.

• Enter and track candidate information in the recruiting database, ensuring appropriate parties have access to necessary information.

• Conduct background and reference checks for finalist candidates.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to urgent tasks and requests in an environment with constantly changing priorities.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle stressful situations.

• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and similar computer applications.

• HS Diploma or GED required.
