    As a Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent for our organization. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll delve into staffing requirements, develop effective recruiting strategies, and oversee every aspect of the recruitment process. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your objective will be to secure skilled professionals who align with our company culture and contribute to our success.     WHAT YOU DO

    Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process

    Partner with hiring managers to identify and draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria

    Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization

    Assist with job posting and advertisement processes

    Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

    Screen applications to identify qualified candidates

    Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials

    Assist with the interview process, attending and conduct interviews

    Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other stakeholders during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details

    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

    Performs other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience), required.

    At least four years managing all phases of the recruitment/hiring process highly preferred.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.

    Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

    Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

    Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic role.

    Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.

    The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
