Working autonomously and facilitating daily HR functions related to recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. Assists HR team with administrative duties. Ensuring proper file keeping and supporting prospective hires through the onboarding process. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Our team of over 1200 employees helps to produce automotive interiors for Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Texas, Inc.'s plant in San Antonio, where Tundra and Sequoia trucks are manufactured. We also serve Toyota Motor Manufacturing de Baja California Mexico, which builds Tacoma pickup trucks. Avanzar is a Spanish word that means, "to move forward."
