  • Description We are offering a unique role in the field of recruitment in the bustling city of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The position focuses on the marketing industry, where you will be working onsite in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and is perfect for individuals who are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for managing hiring processes and full cycle recruiting.

    Responsibilities

    • Meeting with the team to understand the role requirements and job expectations.

    • Screening resumes thoroughly and methodically, paying attention to details that match the job description.

    • Conducting phone screens to assess candidates' suitability and compatibility with the role and company culture.

    • Facilitating interview scheduling using scheduling software, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both the candidates and the hiring managers.

    • Assisting with parts of the onboarding process as needed, providing a positive and welcoming experience for new hires.

    • Using UKG Pro for various recruitment tasks, leveraging its features to optimize the recruitment process.

    • Reviewing resumes extensively to identify potential candidates and assess their suitability for the role.

    • Adopting a flexible approach to work, being willing to assist in other areas as needed.

    • Maintaining a high level of organization in all tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the recruitment process. Requirements - Proven experience as a recruiter with a minimum of 7 years in the field.

    • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with various hiring processes.

    • Proficiency in using UKG Pro for managing recruitment processes.

    • Demonstrated expertise in Full Cycle Recruiting.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong decision-making skills.

    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    • Exceptional ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

    • detail oriented certification in Human Resources is an advantage.
