    We are currently partnering with one of our national clients in the Life Sciences industry, and recruiting candidates to join their team as a Talent Acquisition Lead. This 6 month contract role would require you to sit Onsite 3 days a week in their Princeton, NJ office. Please see the job description below for more details. If interested, to the posting today!

    salary: $42 - $44.6 per hour

    shift: First

    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

    Responsibilities

    • Partnering with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers, external research partners and agencies, you will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for the Commercial organization in North America.

    • Create talent acquisition plans and strategies that focus on high quality, diversity, and cultural/organizational fit.

    • Evaluate trends in workforce populations and develop strategic workforce plans, where relevant.

    • Develop and maintain a network of diverse candidates by using direct sourcing, social media, job boards, Internet, groups and associations, internal referrals, advertising, third-party agencies and other technical means to source candidates.

    • Facilitate meaningful recruiting strategy meetings

    • Prepare hiring managers and interview teams to understand job requirements and expectations.

    • Create and execute a plan for each client area.

    • Review candidate resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

    • Interview and assess candidates

    • Report compensation trends to HR

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree is required.

    • 5+ years of experience

    • Capable of conceptualizing and developing processes/SOPs.

    • Prior recruiting leadership experience with geographically dispersed teams required.

    • Expert knowledge of employment and data privacy related laws.

    • Familiar with ATS systems desired and experience working with a CRM
