For over 30 years RP Lighting + Fans, formerly Royal Pacific, has been a valued supplier of lighting and fans to multiple markets throughout the United States and Canada. Established in 1990, RP specializes in the multi-family builder and showroom markets, and has rapidly grown to serve light commercial construction, mixed-use, and national account markets.

RP Lighting + Fans is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Quotations Coordinator . This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Albuquerque NM , in accordance with company policy. ?

Responsibilities

Your specific duties as a Quotations Coordinator will include but is not limited to

• Review and understand plans and specifications to assure material quoted aligns with project requirements

• Develop competitive quotations according to RP product strategy

• Maintain profitable margins on all quotes

• Utilize project lead tools to find new opportunities in combination with RP selling team

• Establish positive relationships with internal and external customers to receive accurate follow-up details

• Ability to develop and maintain cross reference tools

• Ability to maintain quotation sales funnel and communicate across the sales team

• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience with quotations or inside sales high preferred

• Prior success as remote professional

• Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years equivalent work experience preferred

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output

• Self-motivated, a great teammate, and goal oriented

• Possess a high aptitude for working independently and self-management

• Ability to efficiently multi­task in a highly deadline driven environment

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
