PURPOSE OF POSITION

Requires the use of established audit procedures that are compliant with ISO 9000 and other programs to audit incoming & outgoing products to ensure they meet the required specifications and are at the quality levels required by SBD. This job involves having a thorough knowledge of all Distribution Center functions and procedures

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep track of Corrective and Preventive Actions

• Process UPS Returns

• Perform Quality Audits

• Participate in 7s Walk

• Perform Rework Audits

• Keep track of Lead Audits

• Do Data Entry

• Perform New Associate audits

• Calculate DPMO (Defect per million opportunities)

• Keep track of 100% Scanning Audits

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, MS, and Internet Explorer

• Ability to operate standard office equipment including fax, copier, printers, computer, etc.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

• Must be flexible, a self-starter, detailed, and able to multitask and prioritize

• Experience with WMS

• Demonstrates High Energy, Versatile and Positive Attitude

• Demonstrated organizational, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once

• Required to be able to stand/walk entire shift

• Able to lift to 50lbs.
