Our client in the Boca Raton is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to coordinate their purchasing and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of supply chain management. Microsoft Excel knowledge is required. Responsibilities

• Generate Excel reports for current and future sales

• Anticipate inventory needs and work with vendors on forecast

• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with warehouse, suppliers, and carriers

• Create and process required documentation for shipments

• Ensure timely delivery of production goods

• Keep track and update POs in internal databases

• Investigate variances in warehouse stock and deliveries

• Assist CEO in conducting new business
