Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

About the Role

CSP Insurance Services is seeking an energetic, team-oriented Account Manager to join our Florence, SC office. Since 1939, our agency has specialized in providing personal and commercial insurance products to clients across the Pee Dee, Myrtle Beach, and Rock Hill areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Support producers by maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.

• Provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality customer service to designated accounts.

• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when working with clients and carriers.

• Assist in problem-solving and issue resolution for clients.

Qualifications

• Assertive self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• No prior insurance or financial services experience required - training provided!

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
