    Work you'll do

    • Provide strategic/programmatic guidance and portfolio management to stakeholders.

    • Participate in budget formulation and execution process on a cross-section of complex projects.

    • Develop and use relevant costing data and program analysis techniques to capture financial savings in support of client mission and strategic direction.

    • Manage senior-level client relationships.

    • Serve as a "Subject Matter Expert", adding experienced insights into client challenges

    • Lead and support delivery teams and staff

    The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or other related field.

    • 10+ years' experience working with budget/finance within the federal government.

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

    • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

    • Traditional government budgeting and financial analysis experience.

    • Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    Preferred:

    • Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or other related field.

    • 10+ years' experience with the budget cycle and/or planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) processes in the IC.

    • 10+ years' experience looking for and creating budget efficiencies across client portfolio.

    • 10+ years' of experience working with or leading financial management and accounting teams in the IC.
