    Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Program Controller. The Program Controller's primary function will be to work with contracts managers to establish contracts and direct jobs in an accounting system for use by direct employees, ensuring compliance with government contracts.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Works with Management to establish contracts and direct jobs in accounting system for use by direct employees, ensuring compliance with government contracts.

    • Tracks expenditures, including direct labor, subcontract, and consultant labor, travel and ODCs ensuring compliance with contract and contact requirements.

    • Produces and verifies monthly invoices and revenue and submits to Program Control Lead for approval.

    • Develops plans, budgets, and schedules, to meet contractual/project requirements for multiple contracts

    • Monitors progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.

    • Completes monthly contract deliverables for submission

    • Produces reports for assigned contracts and distributes to customers and internal management

    • Produces income statements for briefing at quarterly Board meetings

    • Directly supports the ARS customer as well as ARS Program Managers, Managing Partners, Dir. of Finance.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements:

    • 5+ years' of experience in federal government contracting working CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts

    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance

    • Experience with Deltek Software/Costpoint desired

    • Familiarity with JTR

    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

    • Excellent analytical skills, ability to work both independently and as a team.
