    E-commerce company in Solon, OH is looking to fill a Temporary role for three (months) as a Purchaser. Individual brought in will be assisting while a full time employee is on leave. Primarily responsibilty will be matching inventory to online orders and updating data online to reflect available product. Experience with purchasing, inventory, and database software is required.     Responsibilities

    Pay: $20 - $28 per/hr (Based on Experience)

    Hours: 9a - 5:30p Mon - Fri

    Responsibilities

    Provide backup support to purchasing activities and key projects in the following areas

    • Manage new product page and part number creation for our website using information from vendor/supplier websites

    • Verify that accurate part numbers and pricing are assigned to all products on our website

    • Ensure monthly specials are updated every month with correct pricing and product selection

    • Add and maintain accurate item sets and pre-packaged deals on website

    • Add item codes in SAGE when time permits

    • Support updating ETA's on products

    • Ensure correct prices are published for products in all distribution channels in all cases where prices are managed manually and not through automated systems

    • Address any discrepancies between UPCs published online and actual codes

    • Records and documents product information process and procedures and updates as changes are needed

    • Submit IT tickets as needed and follow-up that they are resolved

    • Obtain shipping quotes from preferred forwarders and schedulin
