    As a Planning Lead in the Product Experiences and Technology Reporting and Insights General Management team, you will spearhead the creation of operating models, tracking mechanisms, and executive views across the Product Experiences and Technology Reporting and Insights organization, ensuring continuity across our cross-functional product teams. In this role, you will facilitate collaborative working sessions, harnessing the collective expertise of key stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency. You will be responsible for helping to drive success metrics that inform strategic decisions from a product operations perspective. As a key liaison, you will work closely with the Head of Product Experiences and Technology Reporting and Insights General Management to align initiatives with overarching business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

    For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in our Wilmington, DE office 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Support strategy development initiatives, in collaboration with product / and cross-functional / line of business stakeholders

    • Develop presentations and executive materials to analyze and articulate performance, operating models, end-to-end roadmaps and strategic planning

    • Create and deliver robust and insightful reporting that forecasts and articulates performance of the product to support strategic decisions

    • Perform bespoke / ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and diagnose performance

    • Collaborate with product team to assess delivery risks, impacts of adding new initiatives/features, program and cross-product issues

    • Communicate & Report key metrics on product/program performance & application/release health

    • Coordinate across multiple teams, negotiate and management dependencies

    • Assess changes in demand as product matures and strategy changes

    • Monitor scope and product spend against the budget

    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

    • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting (internal / external), corporate development, or strategic finance in the financial services industry

    • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business

    • Strong problem solving skills, leveraging versatile skillset to identify and recommend ways to address issues with performance, strategy, and organizational effectiveness

    • Exceptional analytical skills, with ability to analyze large and disparate data sets and synthesize into clear conclusions

    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact, influence, and collaborate effectively with all levels of a highly complex organization

    • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required
