    What's a typical day as a Process Improvement Analyst? You'll be:

    • Working hands-on with internal and/or external customers and stakeholders to understand business processes.

    • Gathering process information through interviews, observations, surveys, and workshops.

    • Facilitating brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Capturing and analyzing process data to identify problems and establish baseline metrics.

    • Proposing recommendations for process improvement.

    • Documenting business and technical requirements for desired process solutions.

    • Facilitating and participating in user testing to ensure process solutions are accurate and stable.

    • Leading in preparing and delivering user training for process solutions.

    • Providing ongoing support for implemented solutions, including maintenance and enhancements.

    • Reporting to the Process Improvement Manager.

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

    • Have 1 - 3 years of experience in process improvement or a related field.

    • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Are proficient in data analysis and process mapping tools.

    • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
