    Job Description:

    Partners with and provides guidance to senior business leaders, subject-matter experts, and various internal/external stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive DEI learning strategies, initiatives, and action plans. Through analysis and research on industry trends, establishes a robust approach to assessing current capabilities and identifying skill gaps using standard, objective diagnostics. Leads the development and deployment of sustainable metrics, and monitors outcome-based assessments to ensure employee growth, as well as continued alignment with the business and strategic priorities of the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Researches industry standards, conducts competitive analysis, and networks with peers in other organizations to determine optimal learning interventions that drive current and future DEI goals. Translates learning needs into solution design. Defines the scope of services and requirements necessary to create concrete solutions. Develops a compelling program design and presents findings to key decision makers for securing prioritization and budget. Consults on internal training solutions and sources external training vendors as appropriate.

    • Runs experiments, tests and pilots learning solutions, collects and reports data, and recommends ideal learning and development interventions to develop talent for growth. Measures outcomes of program delivery for impact and scale.

    • Standardizes development expectations for key roles by creating, validating, and calibrating development profiles that define critical capabilities, skills, and proficiency levels needed to meet the challenges of current business plans and environment.

    • Establishes and manages relationships with business leaders and HR consultants to align talent development with business strategies and organizational needs. Articulates appropriate implementation strategies and change management plans.

    • Develops and deploys assessment strategies for learning interventions and standard role profiles. Analyzes and reports data to determine effectiveness of learning solutions and accurate calibration against role profiles.

    Minimum Qualifications

    At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field

    • 6+ years of experience in Learning, Training and Human Resources or related

    • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in in Learning, Training and Human Resources or related

    Preferred Qualifications

    If we had our say, we'd also look for:

    • 4+ years of experience designing learning strategies, curriculum, performance support, and assessments.

    • Facilitating group workshops, seminars, classes, courses, and preparation sessions in areas including, but not limited to, DEI and leadership development.

    • Proven work experience as a DEI Manager or similar role, with a focus on implementing successful DEI learning strategies and programs

    Compensation:

    The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
