    Job Description:

    Responsible for developing plans and delivery strategies/tools to execute Change Management. Responsible for ensuring that the program's strategic initiative is organized, proactively and thoughtfully communicated, and aligned with our DFS culture and other business priorities. Partners with all identified stakeholders within each line of business and across the enterprise to enable and support prioritization of change management activity through a risk-based lens. The Change Management delivery strategies/tools develop and train Change Management professionals and teams to be able to produce and manage good change management documentation, identify and manage risk within a change project, and effectively identify requirements and assess respective controls thus promoting a mindset to support the effective management of risk.

    Major Responsibilities

    • Run problem solving sessions to resolve blockers to effective change management

    • Supporting the Change Management Toolkit team to drive continuous improvement and transparency to end users

    • Monitor the implementation of the Change Management Framework

    • Shepherding key initiatives through the Change Management process

    • Running forums for change process owners and Change Management toolkit users to introduce updates, collect feedback, and share best practices

    • Determining the proper level of change management for a given project and helping end users navigate the process

    • Maintaining Office Hours to answer questions

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or Arts

    • 8+ years of Operations Management, Process Management, Technology, Lean/Six Sigma, Operations, Risk Management or related

    • In lieu of education experience, 10+ years of Operations Management, Process Management, Risk Management or related

    Compensation:

    The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
