  • S&K Aerospace, LLC (SKA), a member of the S&K Technologies Family of Companies owned by the Salish and Kootenai Tribes, is actively seeking a Pricing Analyst. The Pricing Analyst will perform pricing analytics to validate vendor material costs are fair and reasonable. Ensures fair and reasonable material costs are documented appropriately to meet program standards. Review, analyze and verify customer requirements for accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of proposed alternative solutions to customer requirements. Review and confirm completeness of electronic files prior to final processing. Interface with Management, Contracts Specialists and Procurement Leads to coordinate and execute assigned requirements. Monitor and document assigned actions consistent with relevant procedures and procurement policies.

    This is a Long-term Telecommuting position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Pricing Analytics: • Evaluate completed electronic files to verify accurate documentation. • Analyze Price Competition and Price Negotiation Memorandums (PCM and PNM) to ensure price analyses are clearly written and meet documentation requirements established in the processes and procedures. • Review, analyze and verify customer requirements for accuracy and completeness of required documentation. • Verify pricing offered by vendor(s) is adequately supported by historical government purchase or repair history or documentation to support current market value.

    Miscellaneous: • Work closely with Management to identify inconsistencies in processes, documentation, execution, and training. • Protect and control proprietary documents and processes. • CONUS travel in support of conferences, meetings, reviews, and other related activities; occasional OCONUS travel. • Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of management.

    Quality Management: • Provide support and data as requested for administrative purposes and in support of the Quality Management System.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required. Degree coursework or experience in finance, purchasing and/or repair management field accepted in lieu of degree. If substituting experience for education, each 2 years of related experience is equivalent to 1 year of college.

    Experience:

    • Minimum two (2) years' finance, purchasing, and/or repair management experience required.

    Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

    • Current drivers' license, proof of U.S. citizenship or proof of authorization to work in the US and the ability to satisfy a background investigation to obtain a security clearance.

    Special knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Must be proficient with computers, software, and general office equipment. Intermediate or higher proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. • This position requires excellent English language skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate before groups of customers or employees of the organization. • Must display thorough knowledge of document management and working knowledge of general business principles and practices. • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills, developing and implementing solutions. • Must have excellent organizational skills, outstanding attention to detail and data input skills. • Must be a self-starter and be able to prioritize daily work schedule in keeping with productivity standards.
