    The Global Mobility and Compliance Lead will guide the movement of employees across domestic and international locations and ensure regulatory compliance in all regions. This role as an individual contributor is accountable for providing support and expertise on planned moves to the Talent Acquisition, People Services Operations, Business Partners and the various business units; and responsible for program management of the company's regulatory compliance. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, program execution, vendor management, and customer-centric program management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

    • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of international and domestic relocation assignments.

    • Assist in the development a domestic relocation strategy and manage the ongoing process.

    • Assist in the development of an Immigration and vis sponsorship program and manage the ongoing process for global employees

    • Work cross functionally with teams including HR, legal, finance, and IT, to integrate global mobility processes.

    • Understand, and provide process to adhere to global immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance

    • Prepare accurate documentation related to visa applications, work permits, and other legal requirements.

    • Act as point of contact for employees undergoing international assignments, providing timely and detailed information.

    • Address employee queries and concerns related to global mobility by consulting with HR, legal, and finance teams

    • Assist in the creation of company policies and guidelines concerning global mobility.

    • Educate employees, managers and HR teams on global mobility processes and policies.

    • Establish effective communication channels to disseminate information related to global mobility changes and updates.

    • Evaluate, select, and maintain relationships with external vendors, including relocation services, immigration consultants, and tax experts.

    • Ensure vendor compliance with established processes and service level agreements.

    • Coordinate and execute vendor payments in a timely manner.

    • Develop and maintain global policies and standards

    • Manage and ensure audit compliance and execution

    • Work closely with tax professionals to ensure compliance with international tax laws, providing necessary information for tax equalization and tax protection.

    • Maintain accurate records of global mobility assignments, including assignment letters, expatriate agreements, and related documentation.

    • Generate reports on key metrics and trends related to global mobility for management review.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ten or more years of experience working within international immigration laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

    • Five or more years of experience in global mobility and related HR functions.

    • Ownership of handbook generation and maintenance in multiple regions globally

    • BA/BS- Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of a degree.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Familiarity with HRIS and global mobility software is a plus. Workday preferred.
