We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist with expertise in multi-state tax and tax setup, along with a proven track record in high-volume payroll processing. As a Senior Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and implementing efficient tax setups. Responsibilities

• 2+ years of supervisory experience

• Experience in Paycom is preferred.

• Extreme attention to detail

• Professionalism exhibited in verbal and written communication

• Highly proficient in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables)

• Experience processing multi-state payrolls, familiar with local, state and federal taxes and payroll laws.

• Knowledge of Canadian laws is a plus.

• Contribute to team effort by accurately fulfilling responsibilities

• Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
