The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the following:
Data input of direct deposit and W4 forms into Peoplesoft database.
Use Kronos/ADP Etime to enter time and attendance data for a system with multiple payroll sites.
Monitor some customer service calls/emails and route as necessary.
Under the supervision of the manager, process weekly and bi-weekly payroll confirmations, ACH, and Positive Pay bank files on a timely basis to meet deadlines.
