    Job Description

    A large government contracting client needs assistant with a payroll project. They need assistance reconciling ADP to the GL in Costpoint to assess what is set up/paid correctly and what needs attention. They will be correcting issues areas once they've identified what needs to be changed. They will work closely with the Assistant Controller who will participate in some work but mainly drive direction & decision making on the project under the advice of this person.

    This person will be responsible for researching & analyzing how ADP is set up currently in payroll tax & how that feeds into the GL in Costpoint. They will assess what needs to be corrected then adjust those problem areas as needed & reconcile for verification.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • 8-10+ years accounting & multi-state payroll taxes experience with ADP & Costpoint

    • Reconciliations experience

    • Excel proficiency

    • Experience account fluctuation reviews

    • Self starter that can own project deliverables and ensure they are met successfully/on schedule

    Location

    McClean, VA (hybrid schedule)
