Order to Cash Consultant - Remote

Jefferson Wells is partnering with our Global Client is looking for up 2 consultants to support the Order to Cash Global Process

Fully Remote

Duration: Start ASAP - 2025

Target Pay: $45 - $55/hour with some flexibility depending on level of expertise

In this role, the consultant will be collaborating in the process to gather information and analyze current business processes in each country that they are assigned to; review these processes to compare them to the Global Template; and collaborate with the consulting team to define the solution to apply to country needs. These consultants will contribute to the development of the project, complying with deadlines, managing stakeholders' expectation in the Countries, dealing with challenges in a complex and ambiguous environment. The position combines in-depth hands-on accounting functional design, processes, and controls.

Consultant must have Order to Cash functional experience within an Oracle cloud implementation (or have been an Order to Cash super user in Oracle cloud for at least 1 year

Additionally, we are looking for the following:

• Knowledge of Order to Cash business processes.

• Ability to support a global roll out and work as needed to support multiple time zones in Europe and Asia.

• Ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively both verbally and in writing

• Understanding of when issues need to be escalated, communicated or mitigated

• Fluent in English, bilingual in Italian is nice to have

Your Typical Day

• Participate in sessions with Countries where processes, Oracle features, or other aspects of Project are being discussed, to understand clearly the country's needs

• Prepare "day in the life" training for country resources.

• Preparation of business requirement templates to describe country needs

• Understand country localizations to comply with local regulations

• Assist the GPO in the analysis of country needs to work with the consultants to define the solution to be proposed in Oracle

• Assist country teams on the preparation of information required by consultants, if any assistance is needed

• Follow-up of information to be received from country teams

• Follow-up of feedback to be received from the consultants

• Work along with the GPO in other tasks, like reviewing training material, Global Template features and documentation

• Provide support for countries that are "live" on the system.
