You Are:

An Oracle CX Cloud maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of their transformation and digitization. You have experience in leading workshops for capabilities, gathering requirements, creating, and finalizing functional/technical design, gap analysis, configuring Oracle in alignment with industry best practices, and working with Client's Business and Technical teams for Testing and deployment to Production. You have a history and a demonstrated knowledge of delivering Oracle CX Cloud projects utilizing strong client facing skills, and have the ability to think dynamically, and clearly articulate creative thoughts and solutions. You are sought out as an expert internally and externally for your deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise.

The Work:

• Identify Oracle CX Cloud functional and technical requirements and develop designs and solution options.

• Manage and support conference room pilot (CRP) workshops,

• Analyze functional and technical integration requirements and providing Solution options, Design / Build Oracle Sales technology solutions.

• Contribute to large-scale, Global workstreams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle CX Sales, Oracle CDM, Oracle CX Service, Oracle CX CPQ within the end-to-end function.

• Lead functional and technical teams to design, build, set-up, test, and deploy to Production Oracle CX Sales. Oracle CX Service, Oracle CX CPQ solutions and ensure seamless system performance.

• Guide testing cycles and work with Client teams to complete System Integration and User Acceptance testing cycles.

• Work with Client and Accenture team to plan and perform Production cutover activities necessary for go-live.

• Assist and guide Client in Performance testing activities and partner with Oracle in Performance testing planning/execution.Work with Client and Accenture Change Management and Training team to build the right content for end user training.

• Develop strong relationships with Clients and gain the trust of key Advisors.

• Make the Business case for the Oracle CX Sales, Oracle CDM Oracle CX Service, Oracle CX CPQ technology solution recommended to the Client.

• Pitch in on Sales efforts when needed to help win Projects and also help grow talent in Accenture.

? Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

What You Need:

• Minimum of 3 years of Oracle CX Sales, Oracle CDM, Oracle CX Service, Oracle CX CPQ applications experience.

• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle CX Cloud

• Minimum of 1 year experience with one of the following languages/technologies: Groovy Script, Application Composer, Business Process Composer, Page Composer, Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI), Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Java Script, PHP, BML, Web Services

• Prior experience in working with offshore model/resources.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:

• Prior consulting experience

• Oracle CX Cloud Certification (Sales, Service or CPQ)

• Experience in working with Customer Data Master, Product Data Hub, Oracle Marketing, Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications technologies.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth ~~~ accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
