Operations Lead

This position is contingent upon contract award

Essential Responsibilities

• The Operations Lead shall provide oversight of Operations activity that provides support to approximately 24 different countries as well as several forward deployed teams.

• The Operations Lead shall work directly with Contractor management and the Sponsor to identify operational requirements and independently assess the need and identify and develop solutions.

• Supervise and continually enhance the Continuous Support Process 24/7 Helpdesk support.

• Put in place tracking processes for Help Desk issues and implement a reporting mechanism to the appropriate review board.

• Evaluate system performance and make recommendations to system engineering to address field Issues.

• Work with the Engineering Lead to organize software engineers to resolve reported problems as identified by deployment personnel.

• Work with Country Project Manager to resolve reported problems.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors Degree and 10-12 years experience, Masters Degree and 8-10 years experience or PhD and 5-7 years of experience

• Must hold a U.S. Government issued TS/SCI w/Poly at time of offer
