    Kelly Project Services, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking an Onsite HR Coordinator for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Ringwood, IL. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

    Title: Onsite HR Coordinator

    Location: Ringwood (60072), ability to travel to Elk Grove Village office as needed weekly

    Hours: Mon- Fri. flexible schedule (may need mornings a few day, evenings on others)

    Pay: $21 and up hr; plus benefits and PTO

    Duration: long term

    **Our Onsite HR Coordinator is accountable for: **

    • Providing front-line support to both clients and employees, ensuring excellence in delivery

    • Managing and executing strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.

    • Executing programs that drive?redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication

    • Actively inform Talent of safety policies, standard?methodologies,?and updates

    • Driving and executing process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores

    • Maintaining operational efficiency and delivery at the highest quality services to meet the customer needs

    • As Talent issues arise, ensure resolution occurs in a timely and professional manner.

    Essential Skills:

    • Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships

    • Results-Oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment

    • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.

    • Seeking a minimum of 2+ years of staffing experience, preferably working within a manufacturing environment; understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding and off-boarding plus employment law is preferred.

    • Results-oriented, with high attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment

    • Proficiency using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    Onsite HR Coordinator Primary Functions:

    • Maintain a high functioning, productive workforce with positive attitude and can-do mindset

    • Promote teamwork mindset

    • Manage team assignments in conjunction with Dow Logistics Leader to ensure agile and adaptable workforce

    • Coordinate the receipt of Dow requisitions, distribution of requisitions to Kelly recruiting organizations and business partners, and management of candidate submittals and coordination of interview activity.

    • Work with Logistics Lead and Training Coordinator on selection of candidates.

    • Provide pre-employment orientations as well as coordination of day-one on boarding activity on site at Dow.

    • Provide Payroll, Benefit, PTO, and Bonus administration.

    • Serve as primary contact for Kelly employees for issue escalations regarding assignment, payroll, benefits, and overall compensation.

    • Provide tracking of attendance

    • Provide coaching and counseling of Kelly employees as needed.

    • Coordinate annual performance and comp reviews of Kelly employees.

    • Assist in special projects as required, (i.e. Safety related, Training Refreshers, Special Recruiting initiatives.)

    Kelly Services Benefit Offering:

    • Paid Time Off of 120 hours accrued at a rate of 1.25 monthly.

    • Paid Time Off of 160 hours in years five plus accrued at a rate of 1.67 monthly.

    • 11 paid holidays per year not to exceed 8 hours each.

    • Medical Coverage - Kelly provides a premium cost share arrangement of 50/50 with the associated costs for participating in one of the Kelly Medical plans.
