On Campus, Financial Advisor I - Operations

JOB SUMMARY

The Financial Analyst I performs financial analysis for Baylor Scott and White (BSWH) and the entities supported by Financial Analysis/Decision Support Services.

Assists in the collection and analysis of data on new projects or services, capital acquisitions and long-range strategic financial planning.

WORK MODEL/HOURS

Entry level position and being on campus, at our Plano location, is a requirement. A hybrid schedule (days on campus w/days at home) or remote schedules will not be options for this financial advisor.

• Being close to the key stakeholders (clinic leadership) and being on-site, is a must for this role.

Monday through Friday - 8:00a to 5:00p, salaried position

4700 Alliance Blvd Plano, Tx location

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

Performs analysis of financial and operational data to support management decisions including impact on current operations and projections of future impact.

• Will work closely with key operational stakeholders for all budget requests as the main financial support.

• Annual budget, capital equipment processes, proforma development, etc.

• Participates in performance/process improvement objectives of BSWH at Plano.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

Any previous work experience

• Retail, cashier, paid internships/externships, food service

Viable transportation for on campus commitment and lives in the Plano area or willing to relocate.

Has worked in a bank or financial office.

Commitment to growth within the financial aspect of healthcare.

Working well with a team.

Professional communication.

Microsoft savvy.
