Located in Renton, WA or Hazelwood, MO, we seek someone with a stellar track record in PeopleSoft Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and expertise in Payroll Operations.

    Our Ideal Candidate should:

    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Payroll systems and best practices, utilizing this knowledge to enhance Boeing's payroll service delivery

    • Navigate the Change Management process effectively, managing system changes and ensuring smooth implementation

    • Deliver ad hoc and scheduled reports, leveraging advanced Microsoft Office applications to work with complex data

    • Possess proficiency in developing troubleshooting solutions using PeopleSoft (PS) Query and/or Structure Query Language (SQL), providing an advantage in resolving system issues

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and resolve Payroll production and test environment issues, implementing effective solutions

    • Troubleshoot operational and batch job processing issues, including on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis

    • Serve as a liaison between operational users and IT, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

    • Successfully navigate the Change Management process to manage system changes

    • Collaborate with Payroll Operations, internal organizations, vendors, and IT)to ensure successful testing and implementation of system changes

    • Possess functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll and integrating systems, analyzing business requirements, creating functional specifications, and testing and deploying them to meet business and compliance requirements

    • Plan work, coordinate schedules, and track progress of specialized work projects

    • Utilize PeopleSoft Human Recourse Management System (HRMS) experience to effectively work with the payroll system

    • Apply Payroll Operations experience and knowledge across multiple functions

    • Demonstrate advanced Microsoft Office application knowledge, including Excel, Vlookup, Compares, and Pivot Tables

    • Develop complex troubleshooting solutions using PS Query and/or SQL

    • Conduct research to identify functional requirements for application and system design, considering processes, applications, systems, and internal/external data

    • Interpret and translate highly complex requirements into clear and concise functional specifications

    This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • 3+ years of experience creating and analyzing data and metrics through the use of HR systems, HRMS, PeopleSoft, Taleo, etc) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

    • 3+ years of experience in Payroll and/or timekeeping

    • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel application using; formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

    • 3+ years in Human Resources (HR), Compensation, Benefits and /or Employee Relations

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

    • 5+ years of experience leading and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals

    • 5+ years of experience building custom or ad-hoc reports for analysis

    • 5+ years of experience supporting change management and process improvement activities

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

    Pay are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

    Summary pay range: $87,50 - $126,500
