    We are currently seeking a Material Planning Analyst to join our Loveland team . This position will be responsible for managing and coordinating production levels to satisfy customer on-time delivery expectations while balancing inventory levels and production capacity.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Coordinate day-to-day material replenishment activities to meet demand utilizing Kanban and other systems necessary to ensure proper stocking levels are being met/maintained.

    • Attend design/implementation meetings to assist in new product review, ensuring material availability and scheduling align, as well as input and update BOM's, routings, and other assigned database fields using product knowledge and information provided by other departments.

    • Manage inventory levels for assigned report codes, maintain assigned database fields (new and existing products), implement changes in accordance with the quality system guidelines.

    • Suggest improvements and support Kaizen activities focusing on continuous improvement efforts for increased inventory turns to minimize cost.

    • Complete monthly cycle counts, manage the inventory reconciliation process, perform root cause analysis and corrective action (initiate NCR's) for products found to be nonconforming and isolate/quarantine per process procedural accordance.

    The required qualifications for the job include:

    • Bachelor's Degree in related field with 3 years of materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment or Associates/technical degree with 5 years of materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment

    • Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and strong knowledge of inventory management and Kanban best precatives/principles.

    • Agile organizational and project management skills with an ability to communicate effectively across teams and at all levels of the organization.

    • Adept at handling details and prioritizing multiple tasks and assignments, focused on delivering value to the manufacturing process.

    • Proven analytical skills (Excel), initiative-taker, ability to use judgment in making recommendations and problem-solving.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

    • Strong mathematical aptitude.

    • Established communication, time management and organizational skills.

    The salary range for this role is $70-90K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
