Impact the strength of Abbott's talent pipeline through supporting the development and implementation of talent management processes, tools, and technologies. Lead project work and provide consulting and expert support to Business HR partners and other practice centers.WHAT YOU'LL DO+ Manage confidential information and data.+ Strong consulting ability; must be seen as a SME with talent technology, processes and analytics.+ Work has a global focus with complex stakeholder management requirements.+ The ideal candidate will have a "roll up your sleeves" attitude to completing work, and the proven ability to build credibility and value with internal clients.+ Highly collaborative with strong group facilitation skills, but also an independent thinker who makes thoughtful decisions.+ Provide customer service and training to our stakeholders, and continuously investigate enhancements and new functionality to increase EASE of Workday talent management use and customer satisfaction.+ Provides input and guidance for all job aids and resources related to our technologies.+ Partner with cross-functional SMEs to develop technology launch strategies to include communications and training.+ Partner with HRTS and the HR Service Center on process enhancements and associated documentation (FDD, CDD); participate in system testing, all while keeping the user experience in mind.+ Ensure global processes and governance models are followed.+ Liaison with myHRTeam management to ensure agents are trained and prepared to support our employees with talent processes; ensure that myHRTeam knowledge articles are up-to-date and comprehensive.+ Design and manage Talent Management Reports to help evaluate succession plan depth, talent movement and other key metrics.+ Maintain Talent Management dashboards data (Search Talent, Diversity, etc.)+ Ensures effective delivery of insights and metrics. Knowledge of analysis methods (forecasting, trending, statistics, etc).+ Able to establish reporting cadence, timeline, and quality standards for Executive Level reports.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING+ 7+ years of human resources and/or HR technologies experience; minimum of 5 years managing programs or projects related to HR technologies and/or Data management and analytics.+ Subject matter expertise in some or all of the following: talent management technology, talent data management and analysis, business human resources, HRIS and project management.+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.+ Advanced skill in excel; experience on creating pivot tables and macro setting.+ Needs to have a high comfort level with Microsoft XL and Workday.+ Travel: 0-10% - subject to change based on project assignments.
