    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Provides recruitment and candidate sourcing services for oncology faculty and staff vacancies, to include faculty leadership appointments and staff executive searches across the enterprise.

    • Serves as a partner and consultant for all oncology faculty and staff recruitments, hiring, and onboarding efforts.

    • Develops position prospectus that presents an overview of the job opportunity, success measures, organizational structure, qualifications, employer specifics, and other critical work elements/requirements.

    • Develops job descriptions to attract qualified candidates, in consultation with academic leaders.

    • Supports the search committee in managing all phases of the faculty recruitment process.

    • Manages recruitment and search coordination services to attract quality candidates.

    • Attends initial strategy meetings with leaders to discuss recruitment needs and strategies to ensure a highly qualified and diverse applicant pool.

    • Provides coordination for the search committee, ensuring the Winship, Emory University and Emory Healthcare hiring guidelines are adhered to.

    • Provides coordination for internal search committees in partnership with Winships Chief Administrative Officer on senior level leadership appointments.

    • Partners closely with department administration and leadership to assist in implementing their vision of a successful faculty/staff recruitment.

    • Develops and implements the candidate search plan based on expressed parameters of the search committee and industry insight.

    • Conducts planning meetings with academic leaders to create program-specific recruiting strategies that meet current and projected talent needs.

    • Drives the candidate recruitment process through targeted industry research efforts, candidate referrals, print media, websites, direct mailings and other sourcing activities.

    • Serves as a resource and subject-matter expert regarding the oncology faculty/staff recruiting process.

    • Maintains strong relationships with oncology leadership to ensure a clear understanding of Winship¿s direction and institutional needs.

    • Facilitates the recruiting process in identifying qualified candidates, developing and maintaining pipelines and meeting staffing goals. Plans and executes all aspects of the candidate interview process to include virtual interviews and onsite visits.

    • Confirms and schedules all candidate interviews to include virtual sessions and those requiring multi-day visits in the Atlanta metro area.

    • Orchestrates and plans comprehensive candidate visits in a manner that ensures the candidate and search committee can make informed hiring/employment decisions.

    • Organizes individual interviews, panel interviews, workplace tours, and city experiences to ensure the candidate has a great understanding of work and residential considerations.

    • Partners with the search committee chair in obtaining candidate feedback information from interviewers.

    • Works with Winship and school leadership in finalizing faculty/staff offers and launching the onboarding process.

    • Coordinates offer letters and term sheets between Winship, the hiring department and hiring school (SOM, SON, RSPH, etc.).

    • Serves as liaison with the department and candidate to support onboarding of candidates in a more efficient manner by utilizing existing policies and procedures for onboarding while ensure that the process continues to move forward.

    • Serves as the central point of contact for all Winship faculty recruitment reporting, data management, and data requests.

    • Provides faculty recruitment data in response to surveys and related data requests.

    • Utilizes iCIMS to obtain data on applicant pool diversity.

    • Collects data on underrepresented groups to assess the diversity of each applicant pool.

    • Works with IT in the development of dashboards with data on faculty/staff hires.

    • Maintains tracking data for all Winship supported recruits to include status and next steps and regularly reports to leadership on progress.

    • Performs related responsibilities as required.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field; and 5 years of recruitment experience for executives and/or faculty recruitment required.

    • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
