In this role you'll function as a Data Insights Manager at Walmart Connect. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Emerging Sales team within our Retail Media Advertising business to help facilitate the team's understanding of business health and goal achievement levels through managing big data sets and providing real-time business intelligence insights.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management and Analysis: Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources to generate insightful reports. Utilize analytical tools to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service by resolving issues, answering queries, and delivering solutions based on defined policies and practices.

Market Insight Provision: Communicate data insights and global market trends affecting the business. Propose improvements based on these insights to support departmental and leadership decisions and goals.

Process Management: Establish timelines, workflows, and requirements to ensure efficiency and compliance across different areas of the business.

Project Management: Handle project management tasks using project tracking tools like Jira, Workfront, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating interactive reports in Tableau and PowerBI.

• Proficiency in querying relational databases in Big Query and Presto using SQL.

• Experience with an object-oriented programming language (Python) for Machine Learning and algorithms.

• Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into a product.

• Experience in data wrangling and manipulation using SQL, Python, and Excel.

• Familiarity with creating documentations and building business processes in Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and OneNote.

• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in performing ETL integration process for data cleansing.
