    Job Summary

    Under minimal supervision, coordinates and track the use and movement of test assets, and assemblies. Provides regular status updates for projects and identifies barriers to on time completion dates for deliverables. Verifies asset data accuracy and maintains related records. Regularly communicates with customers by mail, phone, or visit for asset coordination. Inspects asset upon arrival for visible damage and delivers to requestor. Works to meet schedules and support requirements to meet customer satisfaction. Resolves most common questions and issues and refers more complex matters to higher level of support.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Utilize the program selected software for the TRM program.

    • Establish a schedule, collect, and report accurate asset data & transactions.

    • Perform the physical movement of on-site test resource assets as required by program objectives.

    • Assist Engineering Technician or Associate Engineer.

    • Assist calibration coordination activities including test asset pick-up and delivery service.

    • Coordinate shipping and redeployment of assets.

    • Perform monthly inventory and data capture for all on-site assets.

    • Assist with completion of End User Requests (EUR) in database.

    • Assist with follow up on Length of Need (LON) expiries.

    • Assist customers in performance of 5S activities.

    • Track down lost assets.

    • Provide special project support as needed.

    • Maintain high work standards with limited supervision.

    • Suggest and participate in continual improvement practices and processes.

    • Good written and verbal communications skills.

    • Ability to interface effectively with other personnel and be able to take ownership of their area of responsibility.

    • Follow all site and KBR HSE&F requirements, training, and procedures.

    • Strong customer service skills.

    Basic Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent along with 3+ years of related experience.

    • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Power Point, Outlook, Word and Excel.

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.

    • Ability to use handheld scanners and similar data capture equipment.

    • Ability to enter data into TRM systems and extract information for analysis and reporting.

    • Ability to recognize and comply with warnings and alerts in engineering test environments.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Aerospace test equipment types and configurations.

    • Knowledge of inventory database management software.

    • Functional knowledge of TRM test equipment databases and business systems.

    • Thorough comprehension of an engineering laboratory environment.
