    QuantiTech is currently seeking a Logistics Analyst to support our customer in Huntsville, Al.


    • Serve as the Logistics Support Supply Analyst for the CUAS performing research, analysis, and coordination with both internal and external agencies. Perform logistics management functions, across the full spectrum of logistics to include Supply, Maintenance, Cost, Transportation and Resource elements, which involve planning, coordinating, and evaluating logistical systems and the initiation of actions required to support specified missions or programs.

    • Perform highly technical functions in the development of contractor production deliveries to ensure configuration management and inventory management. Responsible for developing the logistics support analysis functional requirements for CUAS deployment to Theater of Operations ensuring configuration/inventory accountability, destination documentation, Catalog Ordering and Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) transactions. Develop monthly CUAS operational status, monthly CUAS parts usage, track recoverable assets returning from Theater of Operation using the COLTS database, transportation distribution time tracker and brief to the CUAS Product Director, the Sustainment Division and the CUAS Integrated Product Support Lead.

    • Identify resource requirements needed to purchase repair and spare parts for the CUAS, developing contractual narrative to provide to the IPS Lead for inclusion in development, spare, repair parts and production contracts; Generate and control Excel tracking matrices to track the execution and inventory delivery timeframes. The format of these matrices will be agreed upon with the customer as they need to be standalone products that can be briefed without SETA presence. The frequency in which the matrices need to be updated will also be dictated by the customer according to the operational tempo of the project. Participates in CUAS configuration and engineering meetings to discuss issues and assist in developing practical solutions. Chair bi-weekly meetings in the absence of the IPS Lead during Active Army In-Theater of Operations asset reviews for parts requirements, tool requirements, shipping and receiving and stockage levels in accordance with desired metrics. Coordinate with OEMs, government support contractors and other agencies and organizations to ensure logistics development develops in accordance with applicable regulations and guidance. Provide analytical reports of parts usage in OCONUS, parts usage in CONUS, develop trends analysis and provide recommendations if metrics are not being met. Failure data needs to be captured in Excel with enough specificity to identify trends that may be local or systemic to the program. At minimum, the data will be briefed weekly in the respective IPT.

    • Participates in working IPTs to provide oversight of OEM production schedules/deliveries to ensure that supply management and CUAS system support is in place to provide optimum support. Review contractor Technical Data Packages (TDPs), technical information to include specifications, standards, drawings, military characteristics, equipment performance data, technical manuals, etc. to support determination of the appropriate supply levels and logistics supportability concept.

    • Participates in dialogue with defense industry representatives to identify concerns and potential issues regarding CUAS supportability pertaining to inventory management and supply supportability. Adjusts program status documents to accommodate program changes. Monitor contractor performance in the fulfillment of issued requirements and provide a status to the Product Director and IPS Lead. Ensures the effective and timely completion of tasking's by coordinating and assistance with other contractor personnel.

    • Manage GFP procurement, GFP shipment tracking to the OEM for production, GFP accountability during production, create contract GFP lists for inclusion in production and Interim Contractor Support contracts and meet LORD memo requirements and contractual obligations for inventory, movement and tracking of CUAS items during deployment and after deployment.


    • Must be capable of using Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams to develop inventory management tracking status sheets, develop, cost and trends analysis and status briefs as required for the CUAS IPS Lead and CUAS PD.

    • COLTS experience desired

    • Must be able to perform with a high a degree of efficiency and proficiency and be able to perform all taskers with minimal supervision. The environment and operational tempo of the program office are dynamic and high, respectively. As a result, highly motivated, engaged, and flexible team members to the program office will excel beyond peers and exceed government expectations.

    • Bachelor's Degree with 3-10 years' experience
