    We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Training Manager in the Renewable Energy industry, fully remote. This role involves leading the process and quality initiatives for our team, designing and implementing learning strategies, and overseeing the performance of the team through monitoring, coaching, and motivation.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and perfect the onboarding experience for new staff members

    • Manage training schedules and lead training sessions for all employees, initiating additional sessions as required

    • Build and maintain dashboards to analyze the quality and effectiveness of the learning experience

    • Work with Leadership to identify team knowledge gaps and prioritize re-training/support materials appropriately

    • Create and maintain a knowledge database for team members to leverage for core information about the program, product, and internal processes

    • Collaborate on building a quality assurance process and rubric to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of our product

    • Provide monthly reporting on overall quality assurance and strategies for improvement where needed

    • Support the development of new processes based on feedback from team members in training

    • Partner with the product and engineering team to provide requirements for new product launches

    • Oversee implementation and quality assurance of new product launches

    • Update process documentation as required.

    Requirements - Demonstrated proficiency in Database Management

    • Experience in designing and implementing e-Learning Modules

    • Proficiency in the use of Learning Management Systems

    • Understanding and experience in ensuring Compliance within a regulated industry

    • Strong Customer Service skills

    • Proven ability to develop and Implement Strategies in a training environment

    • Background in Renewable Energy industry is preferred

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team

    • Strong organizational and planning skills

    • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and environment

    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
