Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in executive recruiting in the technology sector.
Executive recruiting experience in one or more of the following enterprise technology sectors: Cloud technologies, infrastructure, storage, database, analytics, machine learning, Enterprise applications.
Experience with solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as a manager or individual contributor that influences like a leader.
Domain knowledge of executive search best practices and expertise in executive talent acquisition.
Proven ability to mentor teams and maximize individual and team performance while maintaining a fun working environment.
Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity.
