    This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to directly assist the team with day-to-day operational projects, logistics, and resource management, which ensures projects stay on track. The ideal candidate would develop and coach the team to identify blockers and then assist in resolving blockers and/or escalating blockers/risks to management when necessary. This role also requires one to facilitate workflows by developing and implementing resolution planning activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Assists in directing the team on work assignments and processes by identifying and resolving blockers.

    • Manages data work streams and coordinates data requirements.

    • Reviews inputs from drafters across the organization for accuracy.

    • Maintains the governance and control environment. Reviews policies and ensures committee review processes meet business requirements.

    • Manages improvement work streams. Coordinates project plans with the business. Drives accountability and follows through on projects.

    • Identifies and implements process improvements and change-management initiatives.

    • Resolves resource needs and other issues to ensure the delivery of projects are timely.

    • Performs research and uses research to resolve issues throughout the Operations Department.

    • Monitors and/or tracks project milestones and deliverables.

    Minimum Qualifications

    At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field

    • 4+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or related field

    • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or related field

    Preferred Qualifications

    Bonus Points if You Have:

    • 6+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or related field

    • Experience in multi-project level management

    • Strong communication skills

    • Ability to extract data from multiple sources and perform analyses to identify trends and root causes of business issues

    • Experience with producing and using analytical data based on team projects to generate insights and actionable recommendations to leadership

    • Lean, Six Sigma, and/or demonstrated process improvement expertise

    Compensation:

    The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
