  • Reporting to the Financial Systems Manager, this position will be accountable for various job functions, reporting and special projects. Works closely with the Corporate Accounting Department and Division Controllers on a daily basis focusing on consolidating the monthly close and reporting.

    • Financial Reporting: Participating in consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and shareholder reporting and quarterly audits.

    • SEC Compliance and Reporting: Assisting the SEC Financial Reporting Director with reports and analysis for the compilation of financial statements in accordance with SEC reporting requirements.

    • Investor Relations: Assisting the CFO and Corporate Controller in preparing presentations for investors, management and Board Members.

    • International Legal Entities: Responsible for monthly accounting and reporting for various holding companies related to the international tax structure.

    • Internal Reporting: Provide routine and ad hoc consolidated reporting and analysis to corporate management.

    • Financial Planning & Analysis: Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis utilizing Excel 4 Apps reporting capabilities. Working with the Operations Controller, this position will develop additional reports and processes to enhance project reporting and analysis.

    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • Accounting Degree required or related field, CPA a plus.

    • Minimum 8+ years combined experience in industry with construction and manufacturing experience preferred. Big Four industry experience is a plus.

    • Relevant revenue, finance or accounting experience is essential. Revenue recognition in a POC environment is preferred.

    • Oracle and other ERP experience is a plus.

    • Strong PC skills to include: spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations.

    • Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office, Oracle preferred.

    • Willingness to work overtime for certain events, as required. (i.e. Board or SEC related)

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Superior analytical skills-macro (financial trends, comparisons, relationships) and micro (getting to "root cause").

    • Work independently and responsibly.

    • Excellent attendance and punctuality.

    • Must be a highly motivated self-starter.

    • Attend in house and outside training sessions.
