  • Develop and manage comprehensive internal export controls to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. You will establish business processes for submitting and obtaining all necessary export licenses, permits, certifications, and technology release determinations. You will establish relations with appropriate government regulatory agencies and establish operational processes for assuring trade compliance. You will support the law department in investigating and resolving compliance problems, questions, or complaints.

    Key Responsibilities

    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

    WE VALUE

    • Significant knowledge of the U.S. export licensing regulations, EAR, ITAR and OFAC

    • Significant experience in direct ITAR export compliance

    • Experience in drafting and submitting export license applications and proposed agreements

    • Extensive public speaking/training experience

    • Proactive, well-organized, flexible

    • Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal and communication skills

    • Experience leading or participating in high visibility projects

    • Experience with communicating with U.S. Customs Agents and US Government Export Licensing Officers
