    We are looking for someone who has experience focused on analyzing current state, proposing future state and writing requirements. We are looking for someone who gathers business requirements on the business side, not as much on the IT side. We are looking for someone who can dig in and figure things out independently and be able to communicate if there is any roadblocks. Jira and documentation experience.

    Skills and Requirements

    2+ years of BA experience

    Strong experience writing requirements in both agile and waterfall

    Strong experience writing complicated requirements

    Strong understanding of current state process and ability to build future state process on their own

    Independent and resourceful worker
