Full-time Charge Bookkeeper/Controller

$60,000+ annually

Whatcom County property management company is looking for a full-time full charge bookkeeper/controller.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Processing rent rolls,
• Move out forms,
• Local, State and Federal filings,
• Overseeing all accounting operations.
• QuickBooks and Excel experience necessary.
